The Fairfield Area Chamber of Commerce has released an updated official Fairfield and Jefferson County streets and roads map.  The new map, approximately six months in development, serves as the only area map sanctioned by the Chamber and will be distributed widely over the course of the next 2-3 years.

Through the support of nearly 50 Chamber-member advertisers Fairfield now has an outstanding new community map which will be placed in the hands of literally thousands of visitors and residents alike over the next couple of years.

The map, which updates the Chamber's 2009 map, features Fairfield landmarks new to the community since that time, including the Fairfield-Jefferson Welcome Center and Abundance EcoVillage.  The Fairfield map also features the Fairfield Loop Trail circling Fairfield as well as the US Highway 34 bypass on the city's south side.  The Jefferson County map includes cutout street maps of the communities of Batavia, Libertyville, Lockridge and Packwood.  A community narrative and Places of Interest listing and new photography are also included on the map.

The map is available free of charge at the Fairfield Chamber Area Chamber of Commerce, City Hall, the Fairfield Arts & Convention Center and at many business locations around Fairfield.

For more information about the Fairfield map or to pick up your copy, contact the Chamber at 641-472-2111 or chamber@fairfieldiowa.com or stop by the office at 204 West Broadway, Fairfield.
